[00:00:00] Jeffrey: Welcome to the Light and Your Launch podcast. Today we're talking about tapping into your intuition to write your marketing message. Stay tuned

[00:00:55] Jeffrey: All right. Welcome back to this show. I'm Jeffrey Sorano, and I'm back again with Katie Collins. And today we wanna talk about letting go of some of this heavy lifting when it comes to writing and launch copy, and so much more. So, Katie, could you please introduce our special guest?

[00:01:15] Katie: Yes. Our guest today is the CEO and co-founder of Genius Unlocked Coaching Institute, and she's a master coach and coach trainer. She has coached clients for over 2,500 hours, transforming hundreds of lives. Achieving Mastery is one of her core values and has been at the center of her education and training through working with Fortune 500 companies, holding executive positions in the coaching industry, developing coaching curriculum, teaching business development skills, and running transformational leadership events.

What's fun about this intro is that she is business partners with a guy who is not her life partner, just like Jeffrey and me. They coached separately for years excelling in their own strengths. This amazing woman using her incredible intuitive gifts, and her business partner, Carson Cooper, bringing the sturdy structure of coaching, but they quickly realized they could create an even bigger impact if they worked together.

She taught Carson how to infuse his intuition into his coaching sessions, and Carson taught her how to structure her intuition to achievable repeatable results, music to our ears.

[00:02:32] Jeffrey: Amen.

[00:02:33] Katie: And together they created this bus, this beautiful business partnership working together in Genius Unlocked. welcome to the podcast stage Jen Beninger

[00:02:43] Jenn: Well, thank you. I love that introduction, uh, because it really does encapsulate my life's work, so thank you so much for sharing. That is, it's, um, it is hard sometimes to hear your yourself being introduced, and I'm just sitting here shaking my head going, Yep, yep, yep. I really want, this is, this is my life's purpose and I'm so excited to be here.

I'm honored to be a guest at your show, and thank you to your listeners for taking the time to hear what I have to share today.

[00:03:13] Katie: Yeah. Well, we're so thrilled to have you. And you know, it's really, um, I just wanna honor like the journey you've been on in this coaching industry because, you know, it is an unregulated industry. Um, people can get, you know, a life coaching certification for $25,

[00:03:30] Jenn: Oh.

[00:03:30] Katie: Right. And, uh, you know, we shared earlier, like my certification, um, history or, um, you know, ex like what I went through, um, and what I wished were different.

And so I know you are showing up making this coaching industry, um, hold itself to a higher standard. And it sounds like you've had so much experience in these different facets where you can really teach about, you know, the integrity behind what we're doing. Um, and I just can't wait to dive into all the things that make you an exceptional coach and just hear, you know, about this intuition weaving in.

Right. So we love, we love the woo.

[00:04:10] Jenn: that, that is the, the key really. And that is how, um, because then you're actually coming from who you are. and what gifts and genius you have to share with the world versus just being a parro or repeating what others think. That may be their genius, but not yours. So yes, it's very important to us that we, we want coaches to have the confidence and the the board certifications to back them up.

That there is ethics and standards and ways of doing things and giving that their clients the biggest and most powerful breakthroughs. And weaving intuition. Absolutely. We call it the silver bullet.

[00:04:58] Katie: Love it. Love it. And I can't wait to talk about this because where Jeffrey and I bring so much structure, um, to the launch squad, I think a lot of people feel boxed in. Um, with the templates we're giving and we keep giving permission until we're blue in the face to make this process your own or choose the launch strategy that works for you.

Right. And I balance that with the why we do things in a certain way. You know, we just had a conversation today with one of our clients, cuz it was this big project that she's doing to work on her launch. It's taking a lot of time. And I said, let me explain the why behind it so that it doesn't feel like busy work, but instead really important.

To, to make a bigger impact, right? Like, there's a reason why we're doing this. And, and that really helped her calm down and say, Okay, let me roll up my sleeves and do this thing because it matters. Um, but anyway, so I, I can't wait to have this, um, conversation around bringing the intuition in and, and giving people permission to say to their business coach or whoever's helping them out.

Um, you know, Hey, this doesn't feel right, or I'd rather do this instead. What do you guys think? It's a partnership, right? And any time you're working with somebody that's telling you, do this, don't do that and don't give me your feedback, is, is in some sort of lala land. Like it's a partnership together.

So,

[00:06:19] Jenn: brilliant,

[00:06:21] Jeffrey: let's start real quick with, uh, you mentioned before the call, there's like four, three or four kind of phases or steps in, in this intuition journey. Like, can you, can you expand on that

[00:06:35] Jenn: yeah, I actually, I like your word. Um, so I'm gonna give you credit, um, phases versus then steps that I really do like that because it really truly is that like you can go through the phases quickly or spend decades in one phase or, you know, what have you. So, um, now if, if any of you are on the.

And listening here that are like intuition. This is interesting. I, I think I might have heard that word, but I'm not really sure what that means. So phase one is really what we call discovering your intuition. Now, some of you might label it something different like a gut feeling. Some of you might label it, Oh, luck.

Well, the challenge with, with that then is you don't, then if you don't understand what it is, then you can't call on it when you need it or have those repeatable, predictable results that, uh, Katie mentioned in my, in my intro. And so phase one is discovering your intuition. So really understanding that you do have an inner voice that is here to serve you The definition of an intuition is that a knowing?

That you is always, always kind. So this is one of the biggest pieces that when someone is talking to me about intuition, oh yeah, my intuition talks to me all the time. It tells me to stop being a brat and stop, you know, making these negative decisions. And I go, Hold on. Time out. That's not your intuition.

Your intuition is always kind. No exception. No exception at all. Your intuition is always kind. Okay? Now here is the the kicker though. We gotta make it interesting. Your intuition is not always gentle. It will kick you in the booty, we call it around here, Wanda, the dead fish because you'll be sitting there and you will get this intuitive hit.

You'll get this aha moment and it's literally like ppa. I just got smacked with a dead fish. So we call her Wanda. That'll date me a little bit. If the movie called Wanda, we call her Wanda the Dead Fish. And whenever we have a call or we do anything with our, with our clients or any, some of you may have a Wanda moment here, so we call it a Wanda moment.

That can be your I. Yet, your intuition is always kind. So just very, very briefly. Very briefly, I'll just talk about the other three voices, the ones that you might think are your intuition or not, which is one is your inner ego. Your inner ego wants to dig in and wants to be right, and it wants to protect whatever label or position you're standing, not your intuition.

Second is your inner critic, and I know that's the one that lived in my head a lot. Your inner critic wants to keep you where you are because it's afraid of the unknown. Even though your intuition is like, No, no, no, no, Katie and Jeffrey go here, launch this, do a nine day live, and you know, and then your inner critic's gonna be like, not, not them, they're brilliant.

Yet you might be telling yourself, your head, like, I, I'm not good on camera. Um, I don't know what to use. I don't know if anybody's interested. Whatever. That little inner critic, you're.

[00:09:41] Katie: what to say.

[00:09:42] Jenn: I don't know what to say. You're, that's your inner critic who wants to keep you where it is because it knows your problems and knows how to do your problems.

So that's why your inner critic, now, your inner child, um, is the one that's keeping you. Um, it, that's like the hurt and the sad, and your inner child wants to be discovered because as you, when you come here on this earth, you are a blank, unconscious mind, and you have this identity. Well, as you grow up, you start suppressing parts of yourself, whether your voice, whether anything your inner child is like, Hey, I don't wanna suppress this anymore.

So we wanna be super careful about listening to those three to take action. Instead, we wanna listen to those three to get learnings. So you learn the positive qualities and characteristics of yourself. Well, how do you get the learnings? Ta da. Your intuition. Your intuition is the translator. So it can, you can say to your intuition, Hey, intuition, I know that I, I think that I can't do this.

I know that I don't know what to say. I know that I'm telling myself that. What do I get to learn about myself? What do I get to know? And your intuition will tell you, You know what, Katie, you're brilliant. You are a genius. You're creative, you're strong, you're brave, you're intuitive, You're, um, whatever.

You're compassionate, you're empathetic. You care, you're caring, you're kind. And then you're like, That's right. And I deserve, You're deserving. That's a big one. You're worthy. That's another one. You're good enough. Your intuition translates that for you. So then you can take that next inspired step. So back to our four phases.

I just wanted to give you guys a little context there. If you wanna know more about that, come, come hang out with me, But not on this podcast. We'll do something else about the four voices. So today we wanna talk about intuition. So phase one, discovering you've got one, really understanding that it's one of the four voices, Which one is your intuition?

Then phase two, quickly is how does that intuition communicate with you? So it either, maybe you have a visual, maybe you, you like when you know your intuition is there, Maybe you're seeing something in your mind's eye, or maybe you're hearing something now, not hearing those kinds of voices, Jeffrey and Katie.

Okay, that's a different, also a different call. Okay. But good, you know, good self talk. Maybe it's a feeling. A lot of us might say, Oh, that's, I get a gut feeling, or it's a knowing. You just know that you're supposed to do that. Now, some of you on the line might be there. You're like, No, no, no. I, I, I got it, Jen.

I've got my intuition. And my intuition. I get a knowing and I, and I see, or a knowing and a feeling, or just a feeling. That's where a lot of people stop. And this is where the next two phases are, where what I do believe by part of my purpose on this planet is to, to get people to understand this so that they can create the life that they want, manifest the wealth that they want in all areas of life.

Wealth and health, relationships, money, spirituality, anything at all. Self love. Self expression is the next one is learning to trust it. Cause you might know, Oh, that's my intuition. I got that gut feeling, eh, I don't know. What if I'm wrong this time? What if I'm wrong?

[00:12:54] Jeffrey: Yeah.

[00:12:55] Jenn: the fourth phase, this is the one that's the kicker.

This is the one that you're like, Oh, do I really? The fourth phase is, ladies and gentlemen, you must take the inspired action, not the action that someone else told you to do. We don't, we don't go around here and say, Take action, action, action. Cuz then you're not, you're not listening to yourself. No, no, no, no.

When you take inspired action, like, okay, I know what my intuition is, this is how it communicates to me. I trust it. When I get that feeling, what? What do I do? Then you have to bring that, all of that, that's in your mental state. Bring that into the physical world. Take the action, launch your nine day course launch.

You guys are here to learn how to launch stuff. Your intuition will help you learn what you need to learn. Now you gotta learn to trust it, and then when you get it, you take that action. So those are the phases of developing your intuition. Now you can be in any one of those phases for as long as you need to be.

I was in the, I know my intuition, but I don't trust it. Probably for two decades. Then I started doing the work, and then little by little, just 1% at a time. Ladies and gentlemen. Think about it this way. Think about that 80 20 rule. We use 80 20 rule for everything else, right? 80% of your income comes from 20% of your clients, great.

Eight 80% of the time. Mostly we're listening to the other three voices and we're only listening to our intuition 20%. My goal on this planet is to get all of you to switch that up because your other three voices are warning lights. It's your gas light coming on. It's the annoying battery in the in the, in the smoke detector that won't stop beeping until you change it.

That's truly their purpose. So if you can listen to them, only 20%, to know that there's something to ask your intuition and then pull in your intuition for the other 80% of the time, you will be able to create and manifest whatever you want, and just 1% at a time, 1% at a time, and you'll get there.

[00:14:59] Jeffrey: So let's talk about these other voices really quick, because I think that's something that I, I, I end up hearing a lot. I've got a, a house and a life, uh, full of women and ladies that, that I adore and I love and

[00:15:14] Katie: he is the luckiest man alive,

[00:15:17] Jenn: Oh, it's okay. I have old, I have daughters too, so I get it.

[00:15:20] Jeffrey: Yeah. So, and, and you know, I, I start hearing these things that I can't, I, I don't understand. I can't really relate to them, and it's a much different experience than I have. And so, so what I, some of the things I hear is constant negative chatter, constant, like voices that, that seem to come in and squash ideas and like, how do we, how do we.

Hmm. I guess I don't wanna say, how do we get rid of that? Right. We

[00:15:50] Jenn: No, it's Oh, perfect. Thank you. Thank you for implementing. That's a per, that's a perfect reframe is we're not getting rid of it. If we can, if we can take the. Let's take the metaphor that it's the, it's the gaslight or it's the battery in the smoke alarm. I don't wanna trigger anybody. Some of you are like, Oh my gosh, I can't handle one of those, right?

So let's just say it's one of those things, if you can look at it as like, you don't, you want the battery to beep at you, right? You want to know by smoke alarm that's gonna save my family is working. I do want my gaslight to come on. Cause I'd prefer not to be stranded on the side of the road. So if we can look at it as that metaphor that that's their job.

But here's the deal. You are absolutely correct, Jeffrey. They come out without any asking. They just run Uck like bull in a China shop, and you're just like, What the frick? I was over here loving my intuition. And your intuition is like kind of, or not kind of your intuition. You really have to call upon it so it knows that you're listening.

These other three voices are just running a muck. So if you can look at them and say, Oh, Now I does. This takes practice, you guys, I get it. Yet you go, Oh, my, my, in my inner critic is most likely the negative self talk. Most likely it's either that your inner child, let's just say it's your inner critic.

It's telling you that your lack for a better word, missing something about your brilliance, about your genius. And it's trying to put it up in your face. So you will go to your intuition and say, Okay, what is this trying to teach me? What, what does this negative thought that I'm having want me to truly understand about myself?

Now, your learnings are positive qualities and characteristics about yourself that you have pushed unconscious, which means they're not part of your conscious thoughts. So by them, you don't wanna quiet them. You wanna, you wanna go? Okay, great. What are you trying to tell me? And then that's when you ask your intuition, what does this represent?

Now, you don't have to do this in a deep meditative state. You do not need to go in a deep hypnosis. It's sometimes it could be free writing, you know, you just journal about it. Other times you can go into a meditation and I'll, and I'll, I'll have a free offer for your, for your guests at the end that will do just this, this exact thing that we're talking about.

There's a meditation for it that I'll, that I'll give your audience. Yet it's going in and saying, Okay, inner critic, what do you want me to know? What are you trying to tell me? Your intuition has those answers and that's what you wanna call upon. So there's lots of different tools that you can use to do that.

Yet the main thing is acknowledging that it's them, acknowledging that they have something to tell you, and then asking your intuition. So if you have a negative thought, like, I can't go out because I don't know what to say, let's just say that, because a lot of people don't go on social media. And I'm not a huge one either.

I'm not out there all the time yet. Some people just flat out, or like self expression, my voice, I don't understand how to get out there. So you're negative, inner critical. Say you, you can't get it. You're not good enough. You're gonna be controversial, whatever, whatever Malarky were saying, it's to get you to understand that you are, that you are kind, that you are loving, that you have a genius to share with the world, that it's getting what you have forgotten.

Unconsciously conscious. That's what we're, because you've suppressed these identities

[00:19:29] Jeffrey: Yeah.

[00:19:30] Jenn: based on your environment, your parents, your friends. One thing a third grade teacher told you that you didn't think you'd carry with you to your fifties, but you do . So you, you suppress your identities and they become unconscious.

So you're asking your intuition. It's the translator between the conscious and the unconscious mind and boo wait. I'm brilliant in my, in my way. So that's, that's, that's what I would say is the first step. And, and trusting and discovering and acting on your intuition will exponentially grow that understanding of what's happening with those other voices.

[00:20:10] Jeffrey: Okay. I, I love that you brought that up and, and I, I'm, I'm starting to get us this, um, I guess this is an intuitive hit to ask this question about that next step, the next phase. So of the other things I hear orbiting my world is things like, Oh, I should cut out coffee, or I need to stop caffeine. Or, or I, you know, I can't work inside the house.

I need to leave the house. But what do you say to those people who are still drinking coffee and haven't left the house to go do work and, Right, they're getting the intuitive hit, but they're not taking action. What is that step? What is that boundary that we just cannot get past

[00:20:54] Katie: non action takers, I just wanna shake them.

[00:20:57] Jenn: oh my

[00:20:58] Katie: Except, except when it's me.

[00:21:01] Jenn: and you said, like you said, this is like a three hour podcast, right? Like we've got all afternoon, like we're not ending, Do we just hang out for a few days? Okay, great. So what, Okay. I that is, that is the most, It is intuitive and I'm glad that you acknowledged it is an intuitive hit and part of understanding and trusting and taking that inspired action is, Bringing what people, So people are like, Oh, it's just a gut feeling.

Yes. And you deserve to bring your intuition conscious. This is the missing piece is they think it's just they have to wait for that gut punch or that, that vision or that knowing or that, that, that hearing, that auditory that they hear and then they just think it's random. So the way to get into action.

Brilliant, brilliant question. This is what I tell, and all my clients do this so well, let me rephrase that. I tell them to do it. We'll see what they, what they do. Um, rephrase that, but this is what I tell 'em to do is I say, start small and you have to, you have to ratchet. I know this isn't video, um, but you, so just imagine that you've got the, the 80%, you know, of the inner critic and the 20% and it's kind of like an hourglass and you just wanna kind of ratchet it and turn it up.

So how do you do it? You. something. So this is, let me just tell my story. So this is what I, this is how I started doing it, is there's two ways to take my daughter to high school. So my youngest daughter just turned 16, not quite driving yet. So I'm almost not a driver and don't have driver anywhere.

[00:22:36] Katie: Don't rush it.

[00:22:38] Jenn: No, no, no, I'm

[00:22:39] Katie: Don't rush it.

[00:22:40] Jenn: Yeah. So I've going to that high school for like six years now because my oldest graduated, um, in, you know, before my youngest got in there. So I've been, I've been driving to this high school and there's two ways to go. So I started playing with my intuition. You guys please like, rewind and, and listened.

If you're listening to this, to you're driving, rewind and listen to this part, this will work. So I'd be like, Okay. So I know that at certain times there's traffic. If I go.

[00:23:08] Jeffrey: Mm-hmm.

[00:23:09] Jenn: I'll get stuck and I'll be like, Oh, snap. Or I'll know to turn left. Now if I turn left and there's no traffic, left is longer, but left is shorter if there's traffic, right?

So you don't wanna just turn left every day, cuz why? It's shorter. I started playing with my into, I said intuition, write this down, you guys. I want an undeniable, happy, healthy, safe experience that you're communicating with me. You tell your intuition that you want an undeniable, but please say happy, healthy safely, because your intuition, I'll give you an undeniable one and you're like, Oh, I did not want that.

Dead fish. Okay, so happy health. I want an undeniable. So I told my intuition, I said, Every day going to school for the next three months, I want an undeniable, happy, healthy notification on which way I should turn. You will listen to your intuition. So then you're developing that. That is how you gotta, you gotta develop the trust before you get to the action. So then I want you to test it. I want you to go against what your intuition says. So you know what it feels like to not listen to it. So if you go, and then now what you're doing is you're bringing the unconscious conscious, you're making a conscious choice to listen to your intuition. So I started driving and I'd be like, Okay, left or right, left to right, left or right, or or straight or left.

Straight or left. And it's like straight. I'd go straight every time. And I was like, Okay, well, it's saying to go straight or it's telling me to go left, which means there's traffic. Well, is there, It's not really the traffic time. I go straight freaking traffic car, flat tire on the side of the road. I'm like, But I, But here's what you do.

This is the action. Make a mental, physical, kinesthetic, auditory, whatever, connection to what it felt like when you turned left, when you when, or you went straight, when you should have turned left. . Then you've created what's called a VK synesthesia, which that's a fancy word for a neurological connection.

So your intuition isn't this random thing. It's actually a neurological connection in your brain when your intuition is talking to you. When you do that, when you do that, now you're intuition. You, You trust it Once you trust your intuition. Phase four, easy and effortless, because you won't ever doubt the action.

So the trusting it, knowing that you brought the unconscious conscious and you do this little exercise, I don't care what it's for, don't do the exercise the very first time on whether or not you should move out of the state. Ok, . So like let's build up to like, do I marry this person? I mean, yeah, you'll probably have an intuitive hit, but let's start with, which direction should I turn to not hit traffic, taking my kid to school.

Think of something like that, and then over and over and over. That's phase one, or that's one. That's one area. So let me go to the next one, because this is, I'm also guilty of this. I am still guilty of this, even though I do intuition work. Get the intuitive hit, you know, darn fricking well that it's your intuition, and then you're like, I don't wanna do that.

[00:26:19] Jeffrey: Yeah.

[00:26:20] Jenn: So what? This is what it is. Um, I, I'm, the best way to describe it is, let's say you're hiking. I love using these metaphors. Let's say you're hiking, you get to the top of a mountain or a top of a little peak, and there's a ravine and you're like, Oh, there's nowhere to go but down. So think about it in that way.

So that's your, that's your neurology in your brain. You get to the top and you're like, Oh, my intuition says that I can take a step. But I don't see no step. So I trust my intuition, but I don't think so. I think the best way for me is to go down and try a different peak. That's what we do, right? Think about it.

This is what you do. You're like, My intuition says yes, go do this. And you're like, I don't wanna, When you turn around and go, maybe someone else will tell me to do something different that I'm willing to do.

[00:27:11] Jeffrey: Yes.

[00:27:13] Jenn: Okay? This is why people coach hop

[00:27:15] Jeffrey: will say, I don't have to

[00:27:16] Jenn: that yes, that is exactly what, That's coach hopping. That's, I'm gonna buy every freaking program under the sun and not do any of them, because I don't wanna do what they wanna do Neurologically, they're at the ca, they're at the top of the peak and there's like no bridge.

Now, I'm also gonna date myself, but I'm hopefully, we've got some Indiana Jones fans on here, so,

[00:27:39] Jeffrey: Preach it. Bring it.

[00:27:41] Jenn: it that between Indiana Jones and Star Wars, I got you covered. Okay. No, but if you remember, and I, I, I, I, Jeffrey and Katie, I do, I show this clip in our, one of our certification trainings. I show this clip and it's the one, um, it's the crystal skull.

So it's the one where, um, his dad is in it and his dad gets shot, right. John Connery plays his dad, and you're all free from that. You're all free from that. Don't wanna give you any negative internal representations. He gets injured and he has to go through these things. And I don't know if you remember the one where he's standing there and there's a cavern and he says, Just trust and you have to take that step and it's there.

Then he threw the sand, then he Yep. And then he threw the sand to get to the, to the, to the holy girl cup. Right? That is what you must do with your intuition. And so it's that once you trust it, you'll be willing to do it. And that's what Indiana Jones or Harrison Ford needed to do, is he just lean back.

He put his foot down thinking I'm gonna roll into the cavern. In reality, he did it. So what does that mean? So those are my two metaphors in for you to take that step and not go back down the mountain. You are literally, literally people, ladies and gentlemen, building new neurological connections in your brain.

Give yourself a minute, Give yourself a break. Give yourself some grace. You, you've never gone past that peak before or you don't grow. Your intuition has your back. You cannot make a mistake. There is no failure. And I know this is another corp or cliche, but I'm gonna tell you why there's no failure, because your intuition is like gps.

It'll just redirect you. Here's also why there's no failure. By you turning left instead of, or by going straight. Instead of turning left, there's a learning you needed to learn and your intuition made sure you learned it. That's it.

[00:29:38] Katie: Yes. It's like taking action gives you information, right? So it's the lack of action that keeps you stuck right where you are, literally and figuratively.

[00:29:49] Jenn: So the metaphor that you're at the top of the mountain and you are not supposed to see it, it's the trusting. Now, some people say faith, yes, but I wanna de nominalize it and actually make it the process. So you know why it works. I don't want any of our clients, none of your listeners, don't buy into the cliche.

Understand why people say, Take a leap. Leap of faith. Why? I don't understand why I don't wanna do it. Oh, why? Oh, because I have to build new neurological connections.

[00:30:27] Jeffrey: Yes.

[00:30:28] Jenn: In your brain. So if you've never done something, you don't have the connections, you know in your brain to do it. So you're, remember your inner critic, your inner child, and your inner critic are keeping you in the, in the life that they know how to lead.

Well, guess what? You're gonna then take that step and then your inner critic, inner child and an inner ego are gonna catch up and be like, Oh, but you can't take another one,

[00:30:51] Jeffrey: Yeah.

[00:30:52] Jenn: gonna get rid of 'em. So every step you take, every growth that you take, every new learning that you get, they're gonna catch up.

It's not their job to get you to motivate yourself, it's your intuitions. So we're giving them too much power. We wanna listen to them. They have learnings for us, but they're not the drivers of our life. It's our intuition. So if you can just trust that when you take that step, even if you think. Oh, I did it wrong.

Oh, I made a misstep. Why is my, my world imploding around me? And you're all free from that. It's not really, It's that, it, it's the learning that you deserve to learn and the deeper, the negative thought and emotion, which is why we wanna do deeper work, like with timeline therapy and energy work and that, those type of things.

Yet, I'm, I, I'm giving you guys the, the reason why it's worth having a coach that can get you there to, so you can learn to trust your intuition. Take that step, build that connection, build that bridge, you know, throw that sand out on the, on the, on the thing that you think isn't there. But it is. I just know that your intuition is always kind, so it's not gonna be mean. And even if you do listen to one of your other voices, doesn't matter. Your intuition's right there to give you the learnings so you don't repeat the pattern. Cuz patterns in your life, ladies and gentlemen, is just not listening to your intuition, which is fine. Your intuition's like, no problem. Date that same guy again, not a big deal.

Get that same boss. Not a big deal. I'm here. The moment you're like taking that responsibility back, that's the biggest thing too, with your intuition, taking the responsibility back and saying, Oh wow, I really don't wanna pick that same boss, that same client, that same significant other, you know, whatever, you know, male, female, whatever.

You take that responsibility back and say, Intuition, what is it that I need to learn about myself so I can break this pattern

[00:32:50] Jeffrey: Yeah.

[00:32:51] Jenn: and then take those steps? So I hope Does that, Did I answer your question, Jeffrey? I know I kind of went a little.

[00:32:56] Jeffrey: hugely, yes. And I'm on board with the metaphor because I am a . I, I am a die hard, uh, Indiana Jones fan for sure.

[00:33:06] Jenn: Awesome.

[00:33:07] Jeffrey: so I kind of wanna pivot this a bit. I love all that and I let, let's, let's now kind of relate this or apply this to launching and messaging and, and you know, one of, one of the biggest, um, uh, cruxes, if you will, of any kind of online entrepreneurship is, you know, writing content and emails and web copy and marketing messaging and all of these things.

So I, is there a way to apply this to our, you know, marketing message? Our messaging in general, our writer's block?

[00:33:49] Jenn: Yes. And I, I know that, I knew that's where we were going and I'm so glad. I, I, I really do appreciate that all the background, you know, work that we've done right up to here because by you understanding everything that I just said, I, the secret sauce, Check this out, you guys. Every single thing. You said in your head from your inner critic, your inner child, and your inner ego belongs in your messaging.

It was, it's what your ideal client is going through. Million percent then. So we call that, we call it a pain to paradise. So we actually, we also certify, we also have a two year speaking program. Cause we want people to understand how to speak their message and, and use their voice, um, and be self, you know, have their self expression out there.

So what, what our main, the very first things we teach every single person is to understand your pain to paradise. Your inner critic, inner child and inner ego. All of those negative thoughts and emotions belong in your copy. At some point, I'm sure you guys, in your templates, it'll say, What is your client's pain be?

I don't know what my client's pain is. Aha, that's your. people don't wanna care about Mer, mer mer. And you're like, Aha. They do. So when you're journaling or writing like just journal first, or some of you are external processors and you, you wanna do a speak. So I tell my, some of my clients to video or audio record themselves, Get all of your negative thoughts and emotions out.

Write down what, what are you, Not to introduce a new concept, but let me see if this makes sense. Is what are you projecting or what are you seeing about yourself when you think about having to write your own coffee? Coffee, coffee. Oh, I'll, I'll have some coffee. Your own coffee. It's. . Um, what do you, what are you projecting onto it?

I'm not smart enough. I'm not articulate. I can't get my message across. I'm not Write all of that down. Then look at the template that you have. So this is what the template, it's a great guideline. You're not wanting to write anything from scratch. No one's got time for that. You paid these beautiful people to do that for you.

Your genius is spent in adding your special sauce, Your, excuse me, your intuitive genius is what we call it here is what are your negative thoughts and emotions? You plug that, what is the pain? You plug that in there. Then your paradise, this is your intuition. When you find the learnings that you deserve to learn about yourself, when you find those learnings that you're kind, compassionate, intelligent, intuitive, whatever that is for your your thing, I promise you, in the template, they're somewhere where it says where you're gonna take 'em.

Right in your guys' templates, right? What is the pain? Where are you taking them? Okay? Somewhere in there you're, you've got the framework of your pain to paradise. It's not taking the pain to paradise that's already written there or the examples that they give. It's what is your pain to paradise? What did you experience with your negative thoughts and emotions and you got there?

And then the vehicle to get from the pain to the paradise is what you ever you're offering. So if you're launching a meditation project, a project, you are gonna say, This is what I was before meditation. This is what I am now that I'm meditated, and this is how I got there. I studied intuition. Whatever it is, your vehicle, which is what you're offering is, is how you got from that pain to paradise.

It only can come from your intuition to sound legit, to sound real, to sound authentic. And it's the templates and the, and that they give you is literally any, any, any, anywhere that you, that you see some, We even give coaching scripts in our co. We're like, Here's your template, yet you deserve to use your intuition.

So then when you go in there and you're writing your copy, you're like, Okay, Jen, I get it. Fine. I'll write down my negative thoughts and emotions, right? They're, they're like, Fine, I'll do that. I don't know what my learnings are. That's the biggest question that we get, and they're like, I know what my problems are.

I'm like, Of course you do, because you're inner critic, inner child, and inner ego won't let you stop knowing them. So the biggest challenge is figuring out how to connect to your intuition. But let me tell you why it's worth every second. Let me tell you why it's worth every second. Because the struggle of not listening to your intuition goes away.

When you start getting those intuitive downloads, your copy flows. Now granted, maybe it needs to be tweaked, maybe it needs to be edited, but you're not sitting there with what, what did, what do you say? Like, writer's block. So the way that the exercise that you can do. So, um, this is another exercise, so if you're gonna pause, come back and rewind it and, and, and write down what I'm saying here.

Like I said, it's what are you projecting all over? Whatever's coming out for you. What are your negative thoughts and emotions? That one is probably easy. Not a lot of our clients have a problem telling me what their negative crap is that they're saying in their head or what their negative feeling.

Cause it's so loud and won't shut up. Okay, that's easy part yet. You still do. And you get it all out. I'm not saying all of it goes in your copy. I'm saying get it all out. You wanna write. If it's 10 pages of crap, who are you blaming? I blame mom, mom for taking me to Disneyland when I was four and couldn't write anything.

Like, whatever the f right? I'm sorry. I just got back from Disneyland. Um, my daughter just turned 16, so it's like, whatever you need to blame, get it out. No one's gonna read it. You're not gonna turn this in to, to Jeffrey and Katie. You're just gonna literally brain dump. This is how you get your intuition to tap in.

This is so cool. So easy. You guys are gonna be like, No, it's not that easy. Uhhuh. This is what you do. Now that you've got all the garbage out, write down everything that in a perfect world you would. What is the perfect launch? The perfect launch For some people right now, maybe it's their first launch, maybe it's 10,000 people on their list.

Maybe it's seven clients. Maybe it's four people buying something, whatever. I don't care, because you keep, every time you hit a plateau, you, you set a new goal. So I don't, Whatever your goal is, is perfect for you. If, if you wanna say, Cuz our goal for our business is to be a hundred million business, do I think it's gonna happen next year?

No, of course not. We're going from, you know, multiple seven to, you know, maybe 5 million and then we'll go to 10. Like we we're taking the steps, but we have an ultimate goal. So you write, what does a 10 million business look like? What does a $5 million business look like? What does it look like when you have 10,000 people on your list?

What does it look like when you've sold your first program? What does it look like when you've done your first launch?

[00:40:42] Jeffrey: Yeah.

[00:40:44] Jenn: the beautifulness of what you have, then you ask your intuition. This is the question you guys, Who do I need to be for that to happen? Not what do I have to do, not what do I have to have?

Who do I have to be? And this is where your stuff's gonna come up. You have to be organized, you have to be committed, you have to be congruent, You have to be consistent. You have to be authentic. You have to be willing, you have to be caring, loving, kind. Does that make sense? Like that it it, it's so simple.

Yet people don't do it. They don't do it because they think it's too simple and it's not gonna work. I promise you it'll work Promise.

[00:41:32] Jeffrey: Uh, Amen. I, I feel like there's a dramatic pause here cuz we're just kind of letting this sink in for a minute cuz that is just pure gold. It really is. It really is about who you become. Like you don't, you don't have the things before you become the person that ha that is able to have it and create it.

[00:41:55] Jenn: No, the doing is the last thing. It's, I am a good mom. I have an amazing relationship with my daughters and I do the things that good moms do. Like spend four days with four teenagers in Disneyland, . Right. The doing. Yeah. Right. The doing. And they were teenagers,

[00:42:19] Jeffrey: Oh

[00:42:19] Katie: Mm-hmm.

[00:42:20] Jenn: they were, the doing is the last, and we have it backwards.

It's programmed in our minds backwards that I have to do the things that a good do mom does. So I have. Good relationship with my daughters so I can be a good bob. No backwards canceled. X X. That's what your inner critic, inner child or inner ego are telling you, No, no, no, no, no. You are a brilliant business owner or you wouldn't be listening to this podcast.

You are a brilliant whatever goal you have coach, you know, business owner, entrepreneur, mom, dad, wife, and then you then have the things, A list, resources, Hello you guys, this podcast and these beautiful people are resources. I'm a resource. You have resources. So then now you know what to do. Listen to your intuition.

Listen to, to different things. So if we can do that and the being, how do you find the being is in that exercise I just described, You gotta start with the negative stuff and get it out. Then create what you want and then ask your intuition, who do I need to be? And those, those are the things that need to come out like this exercise.

Can I just, can I just tell you just like a very, very small personal like story, like this was, this was rough for me and I, and I wanna, I wanna let you guys know that I get it, Is I was married for 25 years. I was married to police officer and I had to do this process in order to get out of, of that, that marriage.

And I was, this is the hardest part, this is why I wanna tell the story, is some of us have labels on ourselves that our ego wants to defend, our ego wants to defend. And mine was, I refused to be a statistic and be divorced as law enforcement. I refused probably say to my marriage a little bit too long for that one label.

I didn't want my kids to grow up in a broken home. My parents are still married 50 some odd years. I must be a terrible person by staying married by getting a divorce. There's no divorce in my family, so I had these labels. So what labels are you guys defending that aren't serving you by doing that process, I ended up after a 25 year marriage that was not serving either one of us at all to creating a divorce that was very high vi, volatile at the beginning to a very amicable, amazing.

He's off living his great life. I'm off living my great life. It was this exercise. It truly was. That started my growth process, was understanding what do I want? Oh, I want all of this. Who do I need to be? I need to be independent. I need to be not stuck in the cycle of emotional and mental abuse. I need to do this.

This is what I have to become for my daughters.

[00:45:15] Jeffrey: Yeah.

[00:45:16] Jenn: Then I became that. Then I had the perfect divorce. And then I did what I needed to do to have it to, to get it done. So I just wanted to kind of take it out of the business context for a second, cuz some of you might not have the biggest problems in your business.

It may be in another area of your life, but this exercise works in every area of life. And then you be that person and you spend the time to develop that. And then you'll have what you wanna have, and then you'll do, then you'll do, then you'll do the inspired action. It's not hard. It's not hard when you have that in that process.

So I hope that that helped a little bit and helped some people.

[00:45:57] Jeffrey: That was huge. And you know, that brought up, brought up for me is that another thing I hear all the time because I, I, I myself love technology. I freaking, I'm half, half Spock and half Borg. Right. And , I love it, but I hear it. So many people, it, it's a struggles for so many. And I hear I'm not good at tech.

I'm not good at tech. I'm not good at tech. It's a label,

[00:46:23] Jenn: Just a label. It's not a reality, but we hold onto it. That's our ego holding onto that reality because it's their excuse for not taking action what they really wanna do. I'm not good at tech. Okay, well then here's my first answer. Go hire somebody. I don't have the money. Okay, well then now we got a bigger problem.

[00:46:37] Jeffrey: Right, right,

[00:46:38] Jenn: Now we'll do the exercise. If you can't, if you don't have the resources to get someone that knows tech fair enough, Let's look at what really that is cuz it's not about the tech. love it. Love it.

[00:46:50] Jeffrey: and I love what you just said, right? You know what solution number one might be. Hire out for it just Right. Hire somebody to solve it for you, but that might not be an option for everybody.

[00:47:03] Jenn: it, it, it may not and it may not even be, you know, when you're, so it's, it's, it's also like, you know, you gotta ask yourself this question. This is also intuition work. I didn't say it was easy. I said it's very, it, it, it's, it's simple. But it may not be easy for some of us. It's if you were to really ask yourself.

Now, if you're driving, don't close your eyes . But the rest of you, just for a moment listening to this, like if maybe you're getting ready, you're doing something, just close your eyes and ask yourself, what is this one thing your intuition will tell you right now? Say intuition. Give me an undeniable, easy and effortless way for me to understand what you're sharing to me.

What is the one thing I know I need to do that I'm not willing to do? Bam. It'll spit it out. That's where you can start. Write all the negative thoughts and emotions around it. What it, what would it look like if you did wanna do it, and then who do you need to be? And in one day you're off doing that thing. But we all have that one thing. I know what it is for me right now. I just got a gut. I'm just like, Oh, snap. Um, what's the one thing that you know you have to do but you're not willing to do? I'm like, Oh, did you just get one too? You're like, That gets every time.

[00:48:05] Katie: What Jeffries is.

[00:48:08] Jenn: Carson always knows what mine is too, and I always know what Carson's is too. And our team that we have, like, we have like 11 people on our team and they're like, Oh man, Jen, we'll say it on our team meeting every once in a while be like, All right, you guys we're going into a new month or a new quarter or a new launch or a new something.

What's the one thing y'all know you need to do that you're not willing to do? And then we all go, Oh, and then we go do it. That's how you move forward.

[00:48:31] Katie: Yeah. It's so, it, you know, I love how you described it. I, I've learned it and practiced it slightly differently and it doesn't matter. Right. But like, I, I don't wanna like argue. Um, but it's the who do I need to be is at the center point of everything that you don't think you have or don't think you can do.

When you become the person who's willing to do it, who's willing to try, is willing to take that inspired action. Um, you know that, and again, like I was saying, like that's the only way you're gonna get results is when you just freaking move.

[00:49:04] Jeffrey: Yeah,

[00:49:05] Katie: So get out of the head and into the body and move it forward.

Um, and you know, there, there is a lot of personal work to be done when you are a business owner. I remember for about five years I was in a community where I grew. The rate of my personal development grew faster and more furious than the rate of my business development. And I used to say, I came to this community for business development and I had no idea the personal development that that was waiting for me, right?

But it was when they were trying to get me to do things like post on social media. And I had a belief when I first became a life coach, I had this belief that I had to be perfect. If I had a past that I was ashamed of, if I had acted a certain way, or had a certain habit or behavior that didn't put me in the best light, then I, I was never gonna be successful.

And so I had a hard time putting myself out there cause I kept having that belief and I didn't give myself the grace to find the learning in the thing that made me not so great so that I could stop doing that thing and move forward. And if you hold yourself hostage to your past, you're never gonna move forward.

Right. And like, there isn't a human being on earth that didn't screw up or do something they're kind of ashamed of at some point. And you know, It is what? Its um, Oh, that's, I forgot. I forgot. Yeah, he's a, he's, I'm only, it's two against one here. um, anyway, so I really, the personal development is just a huge thing.

And to look at your shadow sides and to get all that kind of upset on paper and have some sort of way to rip it, shred it, burn it, whatever. Right? Like take the learning. And I taught that for a long time. Take the learning. and move forward, but take the experience and just exit it out.

[00:51:03] Jenn: 1000000%. And, and I know we're, we're, we're staying on the intuition side yet. I I do wanna say one thing because I love what you just said, and that's why we do what we do with timeline therapy, because what the description that, or, and how I described it, what you said, like that is the conscious reframe of what you're doing.

However, if you don't release it in the unconscious mind and break the neurological connections, then it, it can take a little bit longer and it may not be permanent. So what you just said is brilliant. Like, I don't want. To people to feel like they have to just keep doing this conscious reframe over and over.

You can go in and we, and it's, it's all based in quantum physics and it's all about understanding that all positive emotions are derivative of love and all negative emotions are deriv derivative of fear and fears and illusion. So what you really, truly wanna do, if you really wanna dive deep into this work, is you've got to release the negative thoughts and emotions and, and blow out the boundaries of the neurological connections that have created that.

I'm not good enough, I'm not smart enough, I did this horrible thing. Like we really do, we really do specialize in ptsd, um, addiction and trauma. Like that is what in, in our coaches get those advanced certifications if they choose to go that route. And like I said, I was a cop's wife for 25 years. I've released so much PTSD out from different police officers in my, in my work and all that stuff.

Um, and it's about releasing. So it, so the, the. The trauma or the negative thing or the thing where you thought you weren't good enough or that that thing that you did bad, whatever label, you've added it. What we truly do with timeline therapy, so our clients and then we certify in this, is we release out of the neurology the negative thoughts and emotions and we keep the learnings so that I can go back and talk about it without all the negative thoughts and emotions.

People like freak out, like how do you talk about your divorce? Like it's, you know, you're reading the menu. I'm like, because I've released all the negative thoughts and emotions and it is now something I can be so grateful for

[00:53:14] Katie: Yeah.

[00:53:15] Jeffrey: Yes.

[00:53:16] Jenn: that it is not a charged thing because I don't have any negative thoughts and emotions.

Neurologically connected, which that's can be a whole nother class, is I have the learning, so when I see divorce, I see, you know, I. Met him on his 21st birthday. I just turned 22 in college and he was in the Navy, and I divorced him when I was 48. Okay. It's like that's a lot of life to not be on my own. I had to learn that I could, and then I'm like, Oh, I run a seven figure business.

I can buy a house in California. I can put my daughter in a private college. None of that is to impress any of you. Please know that none of that is to impress you. It is to impress upon you that the moment you make that switch,

[00:54:04] Jeffrey: Yeah.

[00:54:05] Jenn: you do when you work in the unconscious mind, right? How many times do we touch a hot stove?

Yeah. Once our unconscious mind learns quickly,

[00:54:12] Jeffrey: yes.

[00:54:12] Jenn: the moment we get rid of it at the unconscious level, we don't have to keep consciously reframing it yet. Step one is getting it unconscious and getting your conscious mind. There. So like what you just said, Katie was absolutely fricking brilliant because, and that's why I wanted to really drive that home because you deserve to break those patterns.

And you guys, ladies and gentlemen, some of those patterns that you have, they're generational. I get it, I get it. I get that. This is, What do you mean? This is just what happens to women in our, in our lineage. This is just what we, I mean, we've worked with people whose family was part of the hol cost. We've, we've, we've worked with family that have dealt with nine 11 and, and just different, you know, different things and you're all free from that.

Have positive thoughts in your mind. Um, just know that gratitude and that grace in getting those learnings, that's where it all, that's where it all comes. And you know what your intuition is the one that gives 'em all. Oh, one more thing just on what you said. Oh, oh, oh, oh. Because you, this was also very brilliant, um, when you said, um, discovering who you are, That's exactly right.

Your intuition is the representation or the voice of how source sees you, whatever your definition is of source. So when you came into this world, like I said, you're a blank unconscious mind. You're just like, Hey. And then you create these negative thoughts and emotions as you grow. And then your intuition is shining the light saying, Hey Katie, you are these things cuz you, this is how source sees you.

Whether it's universal consciousness, the universe got whatever that is for you. I, I don't have any definition. It's whatever it is for you. By getting these learnings, those learnings are you uncovering the identity that you suppressed, which is who you truly are. So this work is continuous. Yet amazing.

Because you're always, you're always growing and you always deserve everything that you, that you, that you want. Everything that you guys have, have put in your, in your peripheral. Like anything that, anything that you can imagine, you can have. Again, that's another call. Um, but, or, and, um, and, you know, we'll do a series, um, we'll do a series.

Jen will just be here the next four times. Um, now we're gonna talk about that weird thing she said on the last podcast. So, um, I just, I just, you guys, this work is, is, is phenomenal and I don't wanna overwhelm anyone. Please do not take this and be overwhelmed. I want you to be inspired that you have all the answers inside of you.

And it's to work with people like Jeffrey and Katie to see what we've got going on at Genius Unlocked so that you can learn to trust yourself and take that intuition and take that action so you have all the answers. Take guidance, Don't. Do what you are, quote told. Um, trust yourself,

[00:57:08] Katie: Yep. I really appreciate that message too because we keep telling our clients and a lot of our messaging is, you know, there's not one way to launch. There are many different ways to launch, and you need to discover the one that A, works for you, and B, the one your audience wants. Right. Because if you're like, I wanna launch on LinkedIn and nobody in your audience uses LinkedIn, that ain't gonna work either, right?

But we, we really like, wanna impress upon people, you know, we can guide you with what we recommend. And most importantly, from my teacher background, I wanna tell you why, why we recommend it, why it works, why it doesn't work. Like what are some things to consider. Um, but at the end of the day, we always want the person to insert themselves into it, right?

Bring their. Bring their person into the choices, the event, the copy, the templates, right? And it's like sometimes I think they feel so boxed in, um, you know, Oh, if I'm a coach, I have to launch this way. Or, Oh, you guys gave me these templates, then my emails have to read this way. All we're doing is giving you tools.

You get to sharpen them or pick the tools that feel right for you, right? We're giving you a toolbox. You don't have to use every tool in the toolbox. , like, you know, bring yourself into the equation and you are at the center of everything you do not. Jeffrey and me and that, um, I think because of our educational system, again, I can say that cuz I was in it for 17 years as an employee and I was in it for God knows 16 years as a student.

Our educational system made us believe that the leader is always right. That there's one way to fill out the worksheet and it's either right or wrong, and that you're gonna get scaled on grades eight F and those learnings have to be unlearned when it comes to business. Your intuition, your choices that you're making, and just the way you wanna do things.

I remember my first business coach, the first one to one coach I had hire. I was telling him, you know, I just, I try so hard. I mean, I am in my seat every day at 8:00 AM and I do not get up until, you know, 6:00 PM or whatever. Well, fast forward, I don't know how long I got sciatica and I used to refer to that story as my business becoming a pain in my ass. Right. But I remember , I remember when he said to me, Katie, this isn't like you are at a job. Like, I don't want you to work eight to six and I don't think you wanna work eight to six. Most people leave their eight to six or nine to five or whatever. Uh, whoever says nine to five didn't have an actual job.

Um, . So it was definitely more of an eight to like six 30. But, um, you know, he's like, most people that leave that wanna go into entrepreneurship cuz they want a more free schedule. But it starts with you giving yourself permission to do it differently than the way you've been doing it. Um, so that, that shift.

Yeah.

[01:00:13] Jenn: Can I, can I say one thing to that because you were brilliant. Okay. So this is actually what we say. I like, I get, I literally could talk to you guys forever. Um, just cuz we're just like, we keep getting these little like sparks off of somebody that, something, we actually teach this. It's not about working hard being a business owner, it's about having a work.

Ethic. When you are in your genius and in your intuition, it is not hard. You have a work ethic. And when you are stuck, like I had this, this one client, this is like literally my client, she's like, Jen, I finally took action and it only took me 15 minutes to do it. And I said,

[01:01:02] Katie: that the.

[01:01:03] Jenn: Oh, but wait, this is what I told her.

Oh no, I gave her a Wanda moment. I gave her a Wanda moment. And I wanna give your, your, your, your listeners here a Wanda moment. I said, Terry, I said, Terry, honey, it did not take you 15 minutes. It took you two days, three hours, and 15 minutes because the two days and three hours you were stuck in your shi, you know, tea.

And you didn't go to your intuition. It took you 15 minutes. Once you went to your intuition, did the exercise that I told you to do, and you were like, Oh my God, I got an intuitive hit and did it. What I want to teach people is that two hours and two days and three hours where you're spending, I wanna shorten that time to get to your intuition.

Mine used to be weeks before I would bring in my intuition. So I did give her credit by saying it was only two days and three hours of not of hard work, and then 15 minutes of intuitive action. So there's a difference, ladies and gentlemen, to saying, I wanna work harder into, you know, entrepreneurship is hard.

What's your definition of hard? Because I have total fricking freedom. Well, Jen, you work all the time. Not necessarily. It's what's your definition of hard work? I'm like, No, no, no, no. I have a work ethic. When we're doing a launch, like we are sort of in the middle of a launch right now. Um, when, when, when, when I'm in the middle of a launch.

Yeah, I work 16 hour days, but guess what? They feel like two hours. Because I'm in my zone. My intuition is guiding me. We're writing coffee. We wake up and we're like, Oh shit, maybe we should eat. Oh, excuse my French. Um, yeah. Oh my gosh, maybe we should eat. And it's like when you're like, Oh my goodness. Like I can't believe how hard this is.

It's, you're not in your intuition. That's another clue. So it was so like, where are you? This is why you don't have freedom, cuz you're spending two days in three hours. In the malarkey of your mind versus 15 minutes in your intuition. Now, again, ladies and gentlemen, I want you to know we're not expecting you to flip the switch yet.

If you can be aware of this and start shifting 1% a day, half a percent a day, I'll give you 0.15% a day. But if you, if you can start shifting, you will change your life and your business and you will be able to create everything that you want. You just have to be willing and, um, willing to,

[01:03:38] Jeffrey: read.

[01:03:39] Katie: Yep.

[01:03:40] Jeffrey: If anybody's read the Compound Effect, then you can realize that those little things, those little tiny things, they add up and they make profound changes.

[01:03:50] Jenn: good. And, If you, the little bad things they add up and now you're, you're over here. So if, if it were, what's good for the goose is good for the gander. If you explode negatively, you can let that stuff explode positively. 1 million.

[01:04:07] Jeffrey: I

[01:04:07] Katie: Boom. Mic drop. Mic drop.

[01:04:13] Jenn: I love

[01:04:14] Katie: Oh my God. Well this has been amazing. And you're right, I mean, we could really co-produce an event together and I think we should, we should talk about that. And we'll use this episode as our promo Listen to this hour. It's a prerequisite before you can attend our event. Um, no, but this has been really powerful and it's funny, you know, it's like we say a lot of similar things in different ways, and that's why I think it's so powerful is that like, Sometimes people can't hear it one way and they hear it another way and go, Oh, now I get it right.

Now that, now that impacted me for whatever reason. So I think it's just great to have three people talking about this and sharing our own personal experiences and being like, Hey, I'm not perfect either. Right? And like, I've sat and mold over stuff for three months or three years, you know, . So, um, you know, I think back to my fear of posting on social media in 2011 and how different, you know, it is now.

So it's just like, that's so powerful to be able to look at the person you need to be and see it happening. And then it's also powerful. Look back and go look at all I've done. You know, look at how far I've come. So, um, yeah. So anyway, thank you so much. I'm really excited to, um, send people your way. What you mentioned, you've got a free gift for our audience.

Give us a, a

[01:05:30] Jenn: I do. Oh, I'm so excited. And I really, really, you guys please take advantage of this if this in, if the intuition has interested you at all. So it's super simple. It's a 22 day text slash email challenge, meaning, you know, just take it at your own thing. And it's 22 meditations on how to grow your intuition from A to Z.

And you wanna listen to them in order. I know you're like, Ooh, this one sounds interesting. So that's not one of those. We want you to listen to them in order. We do a quick three minute video on what is important about that, about that meditation, and then the meditations. Yes, they're a little bit longer.

Yet we're here to develop our intuition. So if you can't listen to them every day, fair enough, you're gonna get one every day and just listen to them in order. And at the end would love to hear, um, how, how that challenge worked for you. So it's about, it's called, um, uh, Unlocking Your Intuition and it's A to Z and it's free.

Um, all you have to do is text the word intuition, and I know it'll be in the show notes. You text the word intuition to 6 5 0 4 0. Two, six, nine, nine. It's a real phone number. It's not one of those scammy things. . You text it to 6 5 0 4 0 2 2 6 9 9. Just text the word intuition. You'll get a text and or email.

You can opt in for one or the other. Watch the little short video and then enjoy the meditation. And it doesn't matter if you're in whatever phase you're in. This, this series will help you if you're in phase 1, 2, 3, or four. Um, you'll just go a little bit deeper. The more developed your intuition is, you'll just go deeper on the meditation.

So it's yours for free. Please take advantage of it. And then, of course, um, we're Genius Unlocked Coaching Institute. We have an Instagram, um, at Genius Unlocked underscore, Facebook, whatever you got. Uh, YouTube. I have a gazillion free meditations on YouTube. Um, I re I re produce one every week. About different types of things.

The one I just did, um, is how to, which is funny. It was literally how I took them on a deep meditation to talk to their intuition about the three things they need to do in the next 24 hours. Like that literally was a meditation I did yesterday. Now, whatever this launch is, it may not have been yesterday, um, but you'll find it somewhere.

Um, but I just appreciate it. And again, we're always open to connect with any entrepreneur or coach that's looking to get certified in any of these modalities. Um, because we wanna change the coaching industry. We want it to be highly, highly revered, um, so that we can actually change people's lives and they can feel the positive learnings about themselves so they can get out of their trauma, get out of their negative thoughts and emotions, and have tools to do it on their own.

We, we don't wanna be your guru. You are your own guru. We're just here to support you in getting in touch with your true genius.

[01:08:23] Jeffrey: I love that. I love that. Jen. My, my intuition is, is, uh, telling me. This isn't the last we've seen of you here

[01:08:31] Jenn: Oh, that would be amazing. Thank you. This was

[01:08:35] Jeffrey: has been amazing. Yeah. A wonderful conversation. Thank you for so much of your time. And, and you're so generous. You're so generous.

[01:08:43] Jenn: Thank you.

[01:08:44] Jeffrey: Awesome. And, okay. So thank you dear listener, and thanks for showing up again.

This has been so powerful. And if you enjoyed this episode, please let us know. Uh, give us a five star review and, and write some kind words there, right. And, and check out all the show notes and how to connect with Jen at the launch squad lab.com/episode 86. All right, we're gonna see you guys next time.

Thanks a lot.
