Did January just FLY BY for you? Holy cow, what a busy month. And this month is no different.

Do you feel busy? If so, how does it make you feel in your body?

Even though I’ve been busy with collaborations, our own launch with The Launch Squad, supporting sales with other launches and supporting my clients, I still LOVE it.

I feel on purpose. I’m meeting and collaborating with absolute rock stars, I’ve been up-leveling my programs and service with my collaborations, and I’m surrounded by people who inspire me.

It wasn’t always this way, though…

As they say, “Your vibe attracts your tribe”…

When I was struggling to make ends meet, a few key indicators existed that were likely “red flags” 🚩 for other people…

🚩 I had a lot of self doubt. “Why would anyone want to collaborate with me? I have a small list and there are better experts than me out there.”

🚩 I wasn’t learning new things. In fact, I resisted learning more, because I “didn’t have time.”

🚩 I had no plan quarter by quarter, let alone for the entire year. Everything I did was last minute, rushed and unplanned.

🚩 After I did a big project, like a launch or a list building event of some sort, I retracted and hid for months after.

🚩 I burnt the candle at both ends; my nutrition suffered, and I didn’t make consistent time for exercise nor meditation.

Those are just a few of the key indicators that my success was NOT inevitable.

I wasn’t showing up as a leader, and it showed.

And frankly, it made me unattractive to successful people.

If any of this sounds like you… let’s take a look at your self leadership.

Embodying these qualities WILL BRING YOU MORE SALES this year, I promise.

These qualities make your success INEVITABLE!

👑 Instead of shying away because you have a small list, make the conscious decision to grow it. Collaborate with others and create a free gift that is outstanding and full of value.

👑 Read (or listen to) something inspirational every day for at least 30 minutes.

👑 Plan out your year ahead. When will you launch? How many times? Pick the dates and write them on your calendar.

👑 Set goals for every event you host or attend this year, and create a follow up system to ensure those goals are met.

👑 Take really, really good care of your mind and body — without them, we have no life.

It’s time to take personal responsibility for where your business currently is.

It’s not about self blame or shame, it’s about making the choice to do better. What can you choose to up-level this year that might make all the difference with your sales?

Connecting the dots on a complete launch framework so you can overcome the 3 launch mistakes that limit profits (and prevent repeatability)
